In-stock items are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days. For custom-made or special order pieces, lead times can range from 8 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer and shipping origin.

Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials for a seamless setup experience.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Home accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Larger furniture items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in original condition; please note that custom orders are final sale.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For large furniture deliveries, our logistics team will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you provide fabric samples for upholstered items?
We understand the importance of texture and color; therefore, we offer fabric swatches for most of our sofas and armchairs. You can request these online or visit one of our showrooms to see them in person.
